Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen is calling open season on our first ever cooking with game class! Here in North Carolina there are plenty of mainstream protein options, from grass-fed beef to pastured chicken…but in this class we will hit the offbeat path to cook some of the area’s most prized fall catch.
We are working with commercial hunters to source the items we will be cooking which include:
Rabbit, Elk, Pheasant, and Frog Legs.
