For our Sunday Morning on the Mat kickoff, we’re going big. Join us for a free workout hosted by the amazing folks at [solidcore]South End. Then grab a Brazee energy drink or some coffee and wind down with a cold plunge powered by Plunge House.

[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout. The core workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so they build back [stronger]. Join us for [solidcore] on the mat – similar to their signature workout on a pilates-inspired reformer.
